Should Honey Hollow Farm need to cancel the class due to a pandemic, emergency weather, health-related issues, or staffing emergencies, we will guarantee 100% refund to all those enrolled for an experience. 

Moving forward, we can no longer offer refunds or rollovers, but we do encourage regifting your experience to a friend/family member who would appreciate it.

We will honor rollovers for emergency exceptions which include:

• Medical emergencies (e.g., hospitalization, severe illness)

• Family emergencies (e.g., bereavement)

• Natural disasters (e.g., floods, hurricanes)

• Work-related emergencies (e.g., sudden relocation)
