Sensory Sound Experience  

Transitioning into the Fall Season by grounding into our beings, by activating and engaging our senses.

By giving our selves the opportunity to be in our bodies and be present, we can open our beings to the transition of seasons and the importance of grounding ourselves. Together we will activate our senses through sound, smell, touch and taste - in order to open up and realign our energy centers, as well as draw awareness to being present.  Layla will be joined by whole wellness practitioner Ryan Haddon. Together they will guide others through an experience of letting go, activating the senses, deep relaxation and accessing ones own self awareness by working towards removing the blocks that prevent us from rooting ourselves.
